Marketing Assistant – SEM

Objective Of The Position

As a Marketing Assistant for YesSyle.com, you will work closely with your team members on different marketing channels such as Google, Instagram and TikTok. You will help to manage marketing campaigns in the US, Europe and Asia that are important to achieve our company goals.

You will learn how to manage budgets and work with Google Ads including Shopping, Search and Display on a global level to create brand awareness for YesStyle and deliver traffic to our website and App.

What You’ll Do

• Help to manage Paid Search & Paid Social campaigns through Google Ads and Meta Business Manager platforms
• Help to assess campaign progress strategically and optimize accordingly within budget and on schedule to achieve our growth targets
• Excel at using data to drive constant and educated improvement in campaigns
• Thrive at using spreadsheets and assessing dashboards to determine trends and understand results
• Troubleshoot campaign delivery and performance to ensure improvement over time; Identify up-weight opportunities for new campaigns
• Work with the Country Team members to maintain localized campaigns in different languages
• Conduct competitive analysis and provide recommendations based on competitive reviews, learnings, and industry best practices

What You Have

• Strong analytical skills and numbers-savvy
• Able to stay highly focused and pay attention to details
• Good team player with a proactive attitude
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Business/ eCommerce or related DISCIPLINES
• Up to 1 year experience in startups or media agencies is preferred, while it’s open to fresh graduates with relevant internships
• Certification from online Skillshop at Google is highly preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
• Good command of written and spoken English
