Regional Education Manager, British Columbia & Alberta

The Regional Education Manager (REM) serves as an inspiring leader responsible for fostering a culture of excellence, positivity, and growth across retail teams. Calling on all major Canadian retail channels, the REM ensures that team members, including Retail Account Managers (RAM), Brow Bar Managers (BBM), Lead Sales Aestheticians (LSA), and Brow & Beauty Experts (BBE), receive ongoing professional development, coaching, and training.

Through a blend of in-person coaching, digital tools, and innovative strategies, the REM drives education initiatives that align with business goals, elevate service standards, and support operational success. This role will be based in Vancouver, British Columbia.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and the Education Director to coordinate and implement educational programs for retail and service teams.
• Deliver both in-person and virtual training & coaching sessions in an engaging, professional, and results-driven manner to achieve business objectives.
• Provide detailed feedback to Regional and National leadership on opportunities for growth, both at individual and regional levels.
• Partner with managers to identify and address areas for development within teams, aligning coaching efforts with sales and service targets.
• Assist with content creation for professional development, product launches, and digital education tailored to regional needs.
• Support new store openings, ensuring training, compliance, and team readiness for successful launches.
• Act as a role model, consistently upholding and demonstrating the company’s service and performance standards.
• Strategize with leadership on evolving education needs to address emerging trends and opportunities.
• Oversee the Regional education budget, ensuring expenditures align with company policies and are reported in a timely manner.
• Coordinate personal travel, event logistics, and presentation equipment to ensure seamless execution of educational initiatives.
• Maintain the safety and functionality of all audio-visual tools and equipment used for training sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team’s success.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in sales, education, or a related field.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.

Skills & Abilities:

• Demonstrated success in direct or indirect people management, with a proven track record of driving positive sales or service performance.
• Strong coaching, presentation, and communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and administrative abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
