The starting salary for new State employees is expected to be at the base of the pay range. The starting pay for this position is $18.59 – 27.20/hour

Under the direct supervision of the Clerk of Court, candidates will learn the complexities of our court case processing system using our statewide Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). This position may occasionally involve travel to other counties in the district.Â

Minimum Qualification Requirements
Graduation from an accredited high school (or High School Equivalency) and two (2) years of successful completion of accredited post high school education in business, paralegal, computer, legal assistant or related program. Two (2) years of professional office experience in business, court or legal work or a related area with one (1) year of experience involving customer service. At the discretion of the appointing authority additional years of experience may be substituted for the required post high school education.Â
Or, the successful completion of additional years of education (i.e., Bachelor’s Degree) may be substituted for years of experience on the basis that successful completion of thirty (30) semester hours or academic equivalent equals one year of experience. Education cannot be substituted for customer service experience. Â
