Director of Behavioral Health Services

AACI is seeking a Behavioral Health Director to lead our specialty services for community members of all ages, including state welfare recipients, refugees, and asylum seekers. In this pivotal role, you will design and implement innovative programs while ensuring high-quality service delivery in office, community, and school sites.

As a key member of our Executive Leadership Team, you’ll work directly with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives that make a meaningful impact. You will inspire and supervise a dedicated team, nurturing the next generation of behavioral health professionals through training and mentorship. Additionally, you’ll drive strategic business development to expand our reach and enhance our services.

Salary: $172,000.00 – $220,000.00 (Rate is dependent on license and level of experience.)

Education & Experience:

• Licensed in the state of California as a Marriage Family Therapist, Social Worker, or Psychologist.
• 10 or more years of related work experience.
• Five or more years of management/supervisory experience required.
