Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of pricing strategies to maximize room revenue.
- Monitor and evaluate market trends, competitor pricing, and demand to optimize room availability and pricing.
- Oversee the reservations team to ensure efficient and accurate reservation processing.
- Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications with exceptional service standards.
- Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Front Office, etc.) to ensure smooth operations and high guest satisfaction.
- Review daily reports to track room availability, occupancy rates, and performance metrics.
- Support revenue management processes through forecasting, budgeting, and reporting on revenue performance.
- Maintain a strong focus on upselling and cross-selling strategies to increase revenue.
- Provide training and guidance to the reservations team to enhance their product knowledge and service delivery.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel or luxury resort.
- Strong understanding of revenue management principles, booking systems, and hotel operations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Positive attitude with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
