Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Manager for our B&L division. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of experience with strong technical skills in MS Excel. Experience in Post Close Function and Loan Processing is a plus. This role requires working from the office during night shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in managing team operations and ensuring efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

- Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their performance and productivity.
- Utilize MS Excel to analyze data generate reports and make data-driven decisions.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress challenges and opportunities.

Qualifications
- Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel.
- Have experience in Post Close Function and Loan Processing (nice to have).
- Demonstrate excellent leadership and team management abilities.
