Job Description
In this dynamic role, you’ll lead product development, collaborate with highly skilled, cross-functional teams, and ensure that our innovative technology aligns seamlessly with both business goals and customer needs. What You’ll Be Doing
- Product Strategy & Development: Own the feature roadmap, prioritize effectively, and work with our design and development teams to create compelling product experiences. Align product vision with business goals, refining it based on customer feedback and market insights.
- Agile Development & Team Collaboration: Lead sprint planning and reviews, break down concepts into actionable tasks, and coordinate execution. Manage JIRA tickets, pull requests, and stakeholder updates to ensure smooth releases. You’ll have the opportunity to refine processes and improve our workflow with your insights.
- Stakeholder & Process Management: Work closely with leadership to align product vision with business objectives. Be the bridge between teams—translating customer needs into actionable insights. Onboard new members and improve documentation.
About You
- +3 years of solid experience in product management
- Ability to oversee full-stack feature development, including frontend, backend, infrastructure and databases.
- Project management skills, optimizing workflows and improving team efficiency.
- Skilled in stakeholder collaboration, problem-solving, and working with customer tech teams.
- Bonus points for expertise in quality assurance and testing
- A background in physical security technologies and B2B SaaS is a plus, but not required!
