Who are we looking for?

The School of Creative Arts is looking to establish a pool of Sessional Academics who can support with learning and teaching across a broad range of study areas across the Bachelor of Creative Arts and Bachelor of Creative Industries . The school supports Majors in the following areas

  • Acting
  • Animation
  • Creative Writing
  • Drama
  • Dance
  • Film, Screen & New Media
  • Music
  • Technical Production
  • Visual Arts

What do you need to succeed?

Successful Applicants Will Have The Following

  • Minimum of a post graduate degree in an area relevant to Creative Arts
  • Relevant and current industry experience
  • Experience of teaching and/or assessing skills
  • Demonstrate a willingness to undertake an induction to QUT and complete mandatory on-line training as required for all staff at QUT
