Our first product is a web publishing network and has reached over 1 billion unique readers and generated over $90M in total revenue—all without outside funding. Growth marketing is at the core of everything we do. Our growth marketing team works closely with Senior Management to drive scalable strategies, continuously optimize campaigns, and push the envelope in digital marketing to propel our brands forward.

As a Growth Marketer, you’ll be involved in strategic decision-making, experimentation, and the scaling of eCommerce and media-driven brands. You’ll work alongside our leadership team to craft innovative marketing campaigns, manage brand strategies, and optimize key performance metrics.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Growth & Marketing Strategy

Develop and manage performance-driven paid media campaigns across platforms like Facebook and Google.

Collaborate on growth strategies for existing brands and new product lines.

Optimize brand messaging and positioning to drive customer acquisition, loyalty, and retention.

Site & Conversion Optimization

Oversee product listing creation and optimization to ensure seamless user experiences.

Work with the internal development team to improve site conversion rates and revenue per visitor.

Optimize eCommerce funnel performance, including on-site messaging, navigation, and UX.

Analytics & Data-Driven Decisions

Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing and site performance using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL, Tableau).

Track, measure, and report on key KPIs, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Analyze competitor strategies, market trends, and consumer behavior to shape marketing tactics.

Brand Growth & Community Building

Work with the creative team to develop engaging campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

Manage influencer partnerships, affiliate programs, and collaborations to amplify brand presence.

Help build and maintain loyal customer communities through consistent, targeted marketing efforts.

Product & Market Development

Assist in A/B testing, product development, and ideation for new brand initiatives.

Evaluate new growth opportunities, including new product lines, emerging marketing channels, and untapped markets.

Help source, launch, and scale new products while optimizing for maximum customer lifetime value.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university.

A background in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (strong analytical/quantitative focus is a plus).

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Familiarity with project management and productivity tools (e.g., Slack, Notion, Google Sheets, Google Slides).

Fresh graduates with a passion for growth marketing are encouraged to apply.

Ideal/Preferred/Nice to Have:

2-4 years of experience in a growth marketing role (eCommerce, D2C, or similar industries).

Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify), advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), and data analytics tools (SQL, Tableau).

Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including paid media, content marketing, and customer retention.
