You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing information, and assisting with orders or concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely manner.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide support to the sales and marketing teams by gathering customer feedback.
- Stay updated on company products, policies, and promotions.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to customer service as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
