You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing information, and assisting with orders or concerns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely manner.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide support to the sales and marketing teams by gathering customer feedback.
  • Stay updated on company products, policies, and promotions.
  • Assist in administrative tasks related to customer service as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
