Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated officer to join our Sales & Marketing team. This role plays an essential part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various tasks related to sales administration, supporting internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining essential records for the department.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day sales operations by collaborating with internal and external parties.
  • Handle payment requisitions and settlements efficiently.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports on a regular basis.
  • Manage the department filing system to ensure organization and accessibility of essential documents.
  • Undertake other ad hoc assignments as required to support the team and department.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on sales administration support being highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in PC operations and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines and deliver results efficiently.
