Your role
Are you able to remain calm under pressure and continue to make sound judgements with limited time and information?

We’re looking for someone who can:

• Expand USD Interest Rates Swaps trading at UBS by leading the USD Linear Rates team in London
• Develop the franchise by building strong relationships with targeted clients
• Lead the US rates offering
• Generate insights and ideas for clients
• Stay ahead of market developments and trading opportunities
• Coordinate risk positioning and risk recycling with USD Interest Rates Swaps Trader located in New York
• Contribute to the improvement of the Trading platform

Your team
You’ll be leading the US Linear Rates team in London.

You’ll be leading the US Linear Rates team in London.

Your expertise :

• Extensive experience in USD Interest Rate Swap trading from a major sell-side institution
• Solid knowledge of client base and strong client relationships
• Strong modeling skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team
• High integrity standards
