Job Title
Financial Analyst – EMEA
General Purpose
Conducts activities as an individual contributor in support of small to medium projects/functions or small to medium business units. Assignments provide exposure to complex accounting concepts, issues, and activities.
Essential Functions
- Functions as financial analyst and key business partner with assigned client group(s) / segment of the organization.
- Design and run new report as required by management using systems like OneStream, Power BI/Tableau, SAP BO and Excel
- Submission of weekly sales/order data in consolidation system for weekly reporting
- Liaise with commercial and channel development teams and report on performance of dealers, market managers
- Review and analyse monthly results, investigate discrepancies/unusual variances, and support the team(s) on issues and enquiries
- Standardize and Automate reports
- Work with minimum supervision
- Preparation of sales commission calculation and timely submission before payroll deadline
- Collect/validate data and assist in the organization
- Check and improve data/report accuracy as needed
- Timely and accurate monthly, quarterly management report generation and distribution
- Assignments are sometimes time sensitive and non-routine in nature, requiring basic understanding of accounting/ finance and business fundamentals.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- B.Com./Chartered Accountant
- 6 years of overall experience and more than 2 years as a qualified CA/CMA
- Experience in BPO/Shared Service/Manufacturing entity preferable

- Computer skills – Expert in MS Office (Word, excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- International accounting experience
- Effective communication skills
