HVAC Engineer (VRV Systems)

Key Responsibilities:

• HVAC Design & Planning:
• Design HVAC systems, including VRV systems, as per project requirements and specifications.
• Perform load calculations, equipment selection, and ducting/pipe layouts to ensure optimal system performance.
• Project Execution & Coordination:
• Lead and coordinate the execution of HVAC projects, including installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are adhered to during execution.
• System Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
• Oversee maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, with a focus on VRV technology.
• Troubleshoot system issues, analyze failures, and provide effective solutions.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure equipment longevity.
• New Project Installations:
• Plan and manage HVAC installations for new projects, including resource planning and execution schedules.
• Monitor project progress and resolve challenges to meet deadlines.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Prepare project reports, technical documentation, and system performance analyses.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance schedules, project activities, and system modifications.

Job Expectations

• Certification or training in VRV systems.
• Experience working on HVAC projects in residential, commercial, or industrial sectors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in relevant software/tools for HVAC design and calculations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
