Job Description
Works with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and develop web based training. Utilizes appropriate software to develop and narrate online courses. Maintains course development log.
Serves as end user support for LMS users statewide by troubleshooting connection issues, login issues, and course credit. Establishes and maintains LMS access for new employees on initial date of hire.
Delivers training courses as well as providing guidance to HR Development staff on designing, developing, and delivering instructor led and online courses.
Provides technical consulting and training to learning managers/user of the LMS.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum And Additional Requirements
A bachelor’s degree and two and one-half (2.5) years of relevant human resources experience; or an approved acceptable equivalence.
The physical demands for the essential functions includes sitting or standing at a desk for an extended periods and working on a computer. May be required to lift up to 30 lbs. May be required to work outside of normal work schedule, especially during inclement weather and/or other departmental-related emergencies. Will require in-state travel; with potential overnight stays.
