Job Description
We are a tech-led wealth management firm that delivers data-driven investment solutions to help India’s wealth creators generate outperformance while minimising risk.
With over INR 10,000 crores in client assets and a dedicated team of over 350 professionals, we are assisting India’s wealth creators in their investment objectives through a SEBI-registered Portfolio Management Scheme (PMS) platform. We’re serving our clients from 5 offices across the country. Our proprietary Wealth Monitor platform oversees assets totaling more than INR 1,00,000 crores, ensuring data-driven insights on portfolio performances.
Our founders, with past experience of managing assets exceeding INR 50,000 crores, are solving for the pitfalls of traditional wealth management through their vision for Dezerv. The founders – Sahil Contractor, Sandeep Jethwani and Vaibhav Porwal, come with a collective experience spanning over 60 years, managing wealth for some of the largest business families in India.

About the role
As Content Distribution Manager, you’ll amplify Dezerv’s voice across digital channels, ensuring our insights reach India’s wealth creators effectively. You’ll drive engagement through strategic content distribution and analytics-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Content Distribution & Social Media
- Own end-to-end distribution of all content (newsletters, podcasts, videos, PR)
- Manage and grow Dezerv’s social media presence
- Execute email marketing campaigns
- Support webinar and podcast production
- Tracking Dezerv through social listening tools
Marketing Analytics
- Track and report content performance across channels
- Prepare weekly analytics reports
- Provide actionable insights to improve content reach
- Manage social listening tools
Marketing Operations
- Maintain content calendar
- Coordinate compliance approvals
- Manage vendor relationships
- Support guest outreach for podcasts and webinars
Required Experience & Skills
- 2-4 years of content marketing experience, with a strong focus on distribution
- Strong proficiency in social media management and email marketing
- Experience with content analytics and marketing automation tools
- Strong project management skills and communication with freelancers or agency resources
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Learning Agility
- An entrepreneurial mindset that loves to experiment, is not afraid of failing, and thinks beyond KPIs and KRAs
- Understanding of financial markets is a bonus

- Build and optimize our content analytics infrastructure
