Interesting Job Opportunity: UI/UX Designer – Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD

Responsibilities :

• Lead the UX design process, including user research, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Create intuitive and user-centered interfaces for mobile apps (iOS and Android), web applications, and complex business systems.
• Design visually appealing and consistent UI elements, including icons, typography, color palettes, and imagery.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
• Design user interfaces for emerging technologies such as chatbots, considering conversational design principles and user interactions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Mentor and guide junior designers.
• Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in design solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Proven experience designing for mobile apps (iOS and Android) and web applications.
• Experience designing for complex business systems (ERP, CRM, HRMS) is essential.
• Experience designing user interfaces for chatbots or other conversational interfaces.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects, including mobile, web, and ideally enterprise systems and chatbot interfaces.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with user testing platforms and methodologies.
• Experience with motion design and animation.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
