Join our team as aUtility Operatorat our Kansas City plant. You will play a crucial role in manufacturing, identifying, and preventing issues in the plant environment. In this role, you must be able flexible with your schedule and be available to work 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift with overtime. As a Utility Operator, you will be starting at $25.23 an hour.

A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Packing With Care– Prepare finished products in accordance with prescribed packing procedures. You’ll take particular care in high-quality packing of finished goods
  • Operating Machinery– You’ll work with computer controlled equipment or mechanically based machines. You will clean and prepare machines for production. Along with assembling and disassembling equipment
  • Managing Machine Performance– Ensure machines are stocked and running at full capacity
  • Following Best Practices– Adhere to good manufacturing practices as you prepare equipment for production. You’ll use all the right safety practices as you support our efforts to create great snacks for our customers

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • The ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Flexibility to work 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift as well as overtime, weekends and holidays
  • Effective communication skills, detail oriented and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing setting or related position
