Reporting Analyst

Duties/ Responsibilities

• Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations that effectively communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and operational teams
• Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Utilize advanced data manipulation and visualization techniques to extract meaningful insights
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer specific business questions or support strategic initiatives as requested by management
• Create visually engaging and informative data visualizations using tools modern tools like Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, or other data visualization platforms
• Continuously seek opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency

Required Skills/ Abilities 

• (Preferred) Prior experience in logistics/ transportation 
• (Preferred) Experience working with Sigma/ Snowflake
• Strong knowledge of SQL and advanced query writing
• Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases
• Firm understanding of Data Warehouses, ETL Processes, and the methodologies behind them
• Intermediate level skill working with Excel and Google Sheets
• 2+ years of professional experience in technical products, preferably with a background in Data Analytics
• Demonstrated ability to create and manage clear documentation
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, computer science, business, or another related field
