About The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Supervisor in the Transportation and Warehousing industry, your main objective will be to lead and oversee the recruitment process to attract and hire top talent for our organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the transportation and warehousing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in leading a talent acquisition team.
  • Certification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
  • Experience in employer branding and talent marketing.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the talent acquisition team, providing guidance and support in all aspects of the recruitment process.
  • Develop and implement innovative and effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that attract the right candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
