What You´ll Do
- Lead IMEA regional marketing strategy with a substantial revenue impact for paper and STL packaging adhesives business.
- Take decisions on innovation projects by ensuring the projects are in line with the business strategy and key strategic initiatives.
- Provide strategic direction to Key account managers and sales teams of the business on focus areas in the market and support them to deliver financial targets of the company.
- Drive market mapping to highlight Henkel’s comparative value to create new market opportunities.
- Drive voice of customer through consumer insights, market trends, and customer interaction –and interpret data to drive business and innovation strategies.
- Steer marketing initiatives of the business such as ATL and BTL initiatives, value propositions and drive sustainable solutions for paper & STL packaging business.
- Steer market introduction of differentiated solutions and shape innovation programs in cooperation with regional business and functions.
- Develop innovation agenda by identifying market opportunities for growth and create business cases wherever applicable.
What makes you a good fit
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Engineering or in a relevant field
- 8-10 years relevant experience in the packaging, chemicals or adhesives industry.
- Proven track record of implementing strategic initiatives in marketing and/or business development is a plus.
- Strong technical understanding about paper substrates, adhesives and coatings is an added advantage
- Excellent strategic and conceptual skills for developing strategic marketing plans, project management, pricing and portfolio management.
- Strong Collaborator, open-minded, flexible, and a team-player with strong capabilities in problem solving and critical thinking.
- Excellent computer skills with Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
- Proficiency in Turkish will be preferred.
- Flexible for traveling.
