Driver Recruiter

• Screening driver applications.
• Cold calling potential drivers to present the benefits of working for CDN Logistics, Inc.
• Assisting qualified candidates in completing their applications.
• Scheduling newly hired drivers for orientation and providing travel arrangements.
• Follow up with any drivers who fail to report to orientation to reschedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of OTR CDL-A recruiting experience is required.
• Tenstreet Experience.
• Knows how to process a driver from cradle to grave.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated and driven to succeed.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
