The Role
What You’ll Do

- Work with in-house and external designers to deliver high-quality visuals while stepping in to create when needed.
- Own Social Media & Community Growth
- Take charge of social media—not just responding to messages, but actively driving engagement and growth.
- Build relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and clients to enhance brand credibility and authority.
- Lead initiatives that increase visibility and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with sales, product development, and leadership to ensure marketing efforts support overall business goals.
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize strategies for better engagement and conversion.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, skincare innovations, and competitor activity to refine marketing tactics.
