The Role

What You’ll Do

  • Develop & Execute a Strategic Marketing Plan
  • Build and implement clear, results-driven marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Create targeted campaigns (emails, social media, digital ads) that educate consumers and drive sales.

  • Execute leadership’s vision while bringing independent, strategic thinking to the table.
  • Lead Content & Brand Messaging
  • Oversee the creation of engaging, educational, and strategic content across emails, social media, and educational platforms.
  • Ensure messaging is not just beautiful—but effective and persuasive.
  • Work with in-house and external designers to deliver high-quality visuals while stepping in to create when needed.
  • Own Social Media & Community Growth
  • Take charge of social media—not just responding to messages, but actively driving engagement and growth.
  • Build relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and clients to enhance brand credibility and authority.
  • Lead initiatives that increase visibility and strengthen customer loyalty.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
  • Work closely with sales, product development, and leadership to ensure marketing efforts support overall business goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize strategies for better engagement and conversion.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, skincare innovations, and competitor activity to refine marketing tactics.
