ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Intern you will support the Frankfurt team with transaction execution and business development. Key tasks include:
- Assisting in preparing marketing materials for live transactions as well as for pitches and other client meetings
- Supporting the work on financial models and company valuations
- Conducting market and company research across a variety of industries

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Must have completed at least four semesters of a bachelor’s degree in business, economics or a related field with strong academic records
- Practical experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Services or Private Equity as well as very good knowledge of accounting, valuation methods and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of motivation
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility
- Fluency in both German and English is essential for this role
