Data Scientist”,”**Main Tasks** DSs are expected to perform tasks among the following:* Process and analyse large and complex customer data sets in a big data ecosystem with PySpark.* Build Machine Learning algorithms to address business requests.* Identify new analytics trends to drive the application of specific algorithms in areas as Credit Risk Management, CRM and Fraud Detection.* Report methodology and rationales in technical reports.* Synthetize complex results or processes into simple, clear to be visualized, presentations and communication of findings.* For Senior candidates, coordinate junior colleagues and manage independently the client requests, helping the company to structure and deliver new ideas and proposals. * Collaborate to the realization of Iason’s development projects and research. **Analytical and Technical Requirements** – MSc in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science.- Organized and outstanding analytical skills.- Advanced knowledge in data pipeline transformation for exploration and investigation.- Advanced knowledge in statistic and modelling; deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms (Classification, Regression and Clustering), also from a methodological standpoint.- Advanced knowledge in statistic and modelling.- Good Knowledge in Text analytics and Natural Language Processing techniques.- Basic knowledge in Graph analysis.- Advanced knowledge of Python, also Spark and PySpark may be required with good or advanced proficiency.- Basic knowledge of SQL database languages.- Knowledge of at least one of the following frameworks: Sklearn, Keras/Tensorflow or Pytorch.- Business financial knowledge (Bank Products and Processes) is a plus.- Clear understanding of an end-to-end advanced analytics project lifecycle (data exploration, model development, evaluation, deployment).- Team work as well as ability to work independently tight to project deadlines.– Fluent English.- Ability to write technical documentation
