Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver individual therapy to patients aged 5 and above through both in-person visits and telehealth sessions.
  • Advocate for the mission of enhancing access to quality mental health services for underserved populations.
  • Excel within a fast-paced clinical environment by being proactive and taking initiative while collaborating with a supportive team.
  • Utilize your clinical expertise to conduct comprehensive initial assessments, provide precise diagnoses, and formulate effective treatment plans.
  • Collaborate closely with patients, articulating clinical insights and evaluating their strengths and psychological needs.
  • Partner with community organizations to ensure the safety of patients, determining necessary levels of care.
  • Leverage technology for accurate documentation and telehealth consultations.

Required Skills

  • Valid LCSW or LPC license.
  • A genuine commitment to working with underserved populations and addressing barriers to care.
  • Proficiency in providing therapy to patients aged 5 and older.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Comfort with independent work while valuing collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of the current diagnostic manual.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with community partners.
  • Proficient in utilizing electronic health records and telehealth software.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are an advantage.
