With a growing number of customers around the world, and an exciting data-driven product that is developing continuously, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager (full or part-time, min. 30 hours/week) to join our team in Vienna (hybrid). In this role, you will work together with our Product Lead and be responsible for supporting the strategic goals of our core product catering to car sharing companies.
Tasks
- Identify Strategic Opportunities: Engage with clients, internal operations, sales and tech teams as well as monitor the market to recognize opportunities that align with strategic priorities and translate them into achievable outcomes.
- Focus on Impact, Not Just Features: Prioritize solutions based on their contribution to strategic company goals rather than just delivering outputs.
- Facilitate Solution Generation: Drive the process of brainstorming and evaluating solutions, balancing trade-offs between quick wins and long-term impact.
- Lead Decision-Making on Trade-Offs: Analyze multiple solution paths, considering complexity, effort, and potential impact, and work closely with the tech team to optimize scope and feasibility.
- Specify and Communicate Requirements: Translate high-level solutions into well-defined user stories, collaborate with UX designers, and refine requirements based on stakeholder feedback.
- Engage in Agile Development: Support the tech team by providing clear context, answering questions, and facilitating ongoing product discussions. You will not actively manage the delivery process.
- Drive Adoption and Iteration: Ensure new features are effectively communicated and utilized, analyze their real-world impact, and plan iterative improvements based on feedback and performance data.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years of product management experience in SaaS, tech, or related industries. Experience with the mobility sector is a plus.
- Education: A solid background in business, marketing, UX, innovation, psychology, product or project management.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Great intuition for interpreting data.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data analysis tools and software development processes. You can talk to the Tech team about the overlap between product & tech.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and translate them into compelling product features. Be willing to let go of your own beliefs and listen to the customer.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Passion for EVs & Sustainability: A strong interest in electrification, mobility, and/or energy is a plus.
