Your Key Responsibilities

? Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding

? Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent

? Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements

? Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, networking, and referrals

? Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes

? Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment metrics

? Foster a positive candidate experience and build long-term talent pipelines

What We’re Looking For

? 1+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (Fresh graduates are welcome!)

? Strong interpersonal and communication skills

? Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously

? A proactive and detail-oriented approach to hiring

? Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus
