Market Insights Manager

Your responsibilities?

• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality analytics and timely reporting.
• Managing and developing a team of two.
• Tracking key category performance indicators, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Working closely with Sales and Marketing to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
• Conducting category performance analysis and supporting business planning and negotiations with data-driven insights.
• Actively contributing to business process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Are these your secret ingredients?

• University degree.
• Strong Excel knowledge.
• Around 5 years of experience in marketing analysis.
• Proficiency in English and leadership experience.
• Stakeholder management skills, detail-oriented and proactive.
