Job Description
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager (SaaS) that is a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of user & customer behavior and a proven track record of bringing products to market in creative ways. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with complex challenges, uncertainty, and a rapid test-learn approach. They will lead the product positioning, packaging, core messaging, and go-to-market strategy, working cross-functionally with Product, Design, and the broader Marketing & Creative teams.
What You’ll Do To Make An Impact
- User, Customer, & Market Research:

- Perform user and customer research to hone in on detailed personas.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Lead market assessment, quantitative analysis, and qualitative feedback, representing the requirements of the market internally with Product Management.
- Positioning & Messaging:

- Own positioning, packaging, messaging strategy, and distribution channels for a business line.
- Raise the bar for how our brand is communicated across touchpoints, in close partnership with Product, Marketing, and Design teams, to build stronger associations and loyalty to our brand.
- Strategic Marketing Campaigns:

- Develop and drive strategic marketing campaigns from inception to execution to launch.
- Plan and lead cross-functional efforts to drive successful product beta programs and launches.
- Identify, track, and improve campaign’ KPIs
- Work with product, marketing, and analytics teams to test, iterate, and measure the impact of campaigns, adjusting accordingly to optimize for results and critical metrics.
- Ideate, develop, and train customer facing teams on sales enablement strategies and assets
- Collaboration & Communication:

- Partner closely with Product Managers to help shape the roadmap.
- Provide regular updates and reports on market trends, product performance, and marketing effectiveness to senior leadership.
- Develop and deliver creative briefs, working directly with creative teams and providing brand-level feedback.
What Will Make You Stand Out
- 3-5 years of product marketing management experience with SaaS products.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize audience insights.
- Cross-functional leadership experience.
- Ability to create clarity and align shared priorities.
- Ability to influence virtual teams to deliver successful outcomes.
- Ability to simply articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences and influence at the senior leadership level.
