What You’ll Do

Build Across the Full Stack & Shape Product Direction

• Develop using React/Vue (front-end) and Python/PHP (back-end).
• Integrate AI models (LLMs, GPT, AI Agents) to deliver seamless, cutting-edge user experiences.

Work with AI-Powered Development Workflows

• Utilize AI-assisted IDEs like Windsurf, Cursor, and other AI-driven development tools to boost efficiency.
• Leverage AI coding assistants and automation to write, debug, and optimize code faster.
• Stay ahead of advancements in AI-driven software engineering workflows.

AI Model Development & Integration

• Train, fine-tune, and deploy AI models efficiently using ML pipelines, vector databases, and cloud-based inference.
• Optimize data pipelines to support AI model training and real-time applications.
• Manage AI infrastructure, APIs, and model versioning for continuous improvements.

Launch Features, Gather Feedback & Iterate Quickly

• Ship new features, speak directly with customers, and optimize solutions based on feedback.

Own Product Development End-to-End

• Take full responsibility for designing, developing, and deploying core functionalities—from concept to production.

Collaborate & Innovate

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to align technology with business goals.
• Stay ahead of AI trends and experiment with new tools and techniques.
