Job Description

Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

Responsible to create and source products in Mandai Retail and analyse sales performance to increase overall sell through and profit.

Processes

  • Handle administrative duties that include item master creation, raising purchase requisition/ orders, verifying and submission of invoices.
  • Coordinate, update, and track of shipments to ensure timely delivery and order fulfilment.
  • Assist in generating and analysing weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Analyse consumer buying patterns, competitor strategies, market trends and other opportunities.
  • Track inventory and analyse sales to propose reorders or new items to list in.
  • Handle retail outlets and online enquiry.
  • Support retail eCommerce channels listing upload.
  • Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions.
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc duties assigned such as price tag creation and data entry. Maintain assigned SKU integrity maintenance in system.
  • Maintain appropriate documentation for audit and control procedures, in addition to timely and accurately, update purchasing records and data.

Products

  • Bespoke product development – coordinate with relevant departments to ensure design decks are in place for sourcing.
  • Coordinating in sourcing, put together feedback and data for evaluation purposes.
  • Partake in sampling, evaluation, feedback to relevant parties.
  • Coordinating and assist with vendors product collaborations.

People

  • Liaising with existing suppliers, logistics partner and internal partners directly.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Business, or any other related field of studies.
  • Experience in Support Coordination, Administrative, Data Entry Roles are a plus.
  • Detail Oriented.
  • Good Communication and Listening Skill.
  • Team Player.
