POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role provides essential administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while working remotely.
WORKING HOURS
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, as follows:
- Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Houston Time
- Zoom meetings required during working hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Communicate with investors and customers to address inquiries and provide necessary assistance.
- Handle phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Support event planning and coordination, including meetings, training sessions, and company gatherings.
- Assist with data entry and database management.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support team efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.)
- A background in financial banking or accounting will be a plus point
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Comfortable working remotely and capable of managing time efficiently
