Job Summary
To plan and prepare meals for the children, as stated in the Child Care/Preschool nutrition guidelines according to the CACFP regulations.

Qualifications
- Must apply for California Food Safety Certificate, renewed every 3 years.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
- Basic mathematical calculations and draw logical conclusions.
- Plan well with a minimum of supervision.
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be in good physical and mental condition.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proven work experience as an Inventory Specialist or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to use a calculator.
- Must have basic computer skills.
- Ability to maintain cooperative, diplomatic working relationships with co-workers,supervisors, and the public; work as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues.
- Must complete AB 1207 California Child Care Providers: Mandated Reporter Training within 90 days of hire, renewed every two (2) years.
- Must submit to a pre-employment physical examination, drug screening and Tuberculosis(TB) clearance.
- Must provide vaccination records for Pertussis (Tdap), Measles (MMR) and Influenza(optional).
- Will be fingerprinted and must clear through DOJ and FBI.
