- Drive comprehensive research initiatives to gain deep insights into buyer behaviour, preferences, and pain points when using our products & services, across our markets.
- Analyse data and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in the buyer experience, ensuring a seamless and customer-centric journey.
- Engage stakeholders across countries to identify critical pain points, gather feature requests and discuss potential solutions to be implemented.
- Work closely with the cross-functional product management teams to devise solutions that are feasible, reasonable, and sustainable to solve the identified pain points or achieve predefined targeted indicators.
- Strategise, propose, and review potential designs and solutions based on data-driven commercial analysis and available product & engineering resources.
- Set feature development priority, taking into account various metrics including business impact and effort.
- Monitor feature requests and development pipelines, and regularly engage with local stakeholders, regional teams, and upper management, to provide necessary updates on feature development status.
- Take ownership of features throughout the product lifecycle by monitoring KPIs such as adoption, usage, traffic, etc., and propose further iterations when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from any related major
- 4+ years of experience, experience in product management or management consulting would be a plus
- Proven ability to structure and solve complex problems, collaborate across varied stakeholders and communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
- Good analytical and logical thinking skills
- Self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity and changes in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ownership and team spirit
- Proficient in English to facilitate cross-border communications and collaborations
- Experience in one of our local markets along with fluency in the language will be highly preferred
