We are seeking a proactive Policy Affairs Support Professional to join our Policy Affairs Department.
POLICY AFFAIRS SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL
Based in Sophia-Antipolis, French Riviera
MISSION
As a Policy Affairs Support Professional, you will be acting as Personal Assistant to the Chief Policy Officer and perform support and project administration functions within DGO/Policy Affairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CPO’s calendar and organize CPO’s activities, based on knowledge of issues of importance for CPO.
- Provide operational support in CPO’s activities: prepare, attend meeting and take minutes as needed.
- Assist with special projects: conduct adhoc research, handle information requests, develop and create draft reports, prepare and follow-up files as instructed.
- Act as the focal point for queries arising from the work of the Policy Affairs department.
- Handle project administration tasks related: scheduling and organising project meetings, tracking and following up on project deliverables, timesheet recording and tracking, maintaining e-mail lists, project task boards, Teams spaces etc.
- Perform financial tracking of projects
PROFILE
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Command of other languages an asset.
- PC literate and fully conversant with Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Access).
- Good organizational skills.
- Good inter-personal skills.
- Good global awareness and experience of working in a multicultural environment
The post will be based at the ETSI Headquarters in Sophia Antipolis, France. Moderate travel will be required in Europe and occasionally internationally.
