About the job:

TThe Assistant Manager (KAM) – Account Management is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients within the tourism industry, ensuring exceptional service and tailored travel solutions are delivered. This role involves driving business growth through strategic account management, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction.

The KAM will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of services, contributing to the overall profitability and success of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Understand client needs and work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored travel solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding existing accounts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and drive growth within assigned accounts.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs through proactive account management and client engagement.
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations.
  • share insights and feedback from clients with the sales team to help refine sales strategies and improve account management efforts.
  • Collaborate with the product team to stay updated on product features and updates that impact the operation process.
  • Communicate client requirements and feedback to the product team to help inform product improvements and adaptations.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on account management performance, including key metrics and achievements.
  • Collaborate with leadership and other internal stakeholders to ensure that account management strategies align with overall business objectives.
  • Communicate with prospective clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and guide them through the accounts process.
  • Address client queries, gather feedback, and maintain regular contact to build and sustain strong client relationships.

Profile requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree or relevant certifications may be preferred.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing client account management and building client relationships.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage client expectations and resolve issues.
  • Ability to conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts processes simultaneously.
  • Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve account management goals.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of account management strategies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and project management tools to track progress and performance.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), onboarding platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English & Arabic essential.
