YOUR MISSION
To oversee the successful execution of digital marketing strategies, including website development, SEO, branding, Google Ads, and content creation. You’ll manage projects and the team of experts from start to finish, ensuring they meet quality standards, stay on schedule, and deliver meaningful results.
This is a fully-remote, full-time role.

- Competitive Compensation: Start with a base salary of $72,000 – $85,000 annually, depending on experience, the expected total first-year compensation, including base salary and performance-based bonuses, ranges from $76,000 – $90,000+
What You’re Getting Into
- Manage 10-15 projects during peak seasons, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with clients’ marketing goals.
- Oversee the delivery of WordPress websites, SEO-driven content, branding strategies, Google Ads campaigns, and video content. You’ll ensure these projects not only meet deadlines but also exceed performance expectations, driving growth for clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through strategic marketing decisions with confidence. You’ll build strong relationships, understand their business goals, and provide consultative support to align project outcomes with their vision.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, content creators, and marketers, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient workflows.
- Identify potential risks early, develop mitigation plans, and proactively solve problems to keep projects on track and within scope.
- Ensure all projects meet the agency’s Gold Standard: completed on time, within budget, with high quality, and strong client satisfaction. This includes continuous performance reviews and post-project evaluations to refine future strategies.
- Identify upsell opportunities for additional products and collaborate with the sales team, contributing to business growth and client retention.
Who You Are
- Experience: 5+ years managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, preferably in a marketing agency or digital environment. 3+ years in digital marketing, WordPress, SEO, and Google Ads.
- Skills: Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills. Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable with constructive feedback.
- Mindset: Strategic thinker, problem solver, and results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Tools: Proficient with Asana, Google Workspace, project management software, and digital marketing tools.

30 Days: You’ve familiarized yourself with the agency’s processes, started managing your first projects, and built strong client relationships.
60 Days: You’re confidently leading multiple projects, proactively improving workflows, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
90 Days: You’ve established yourself as a key team member, driving project success, enhancing client satisfaction, and contributing to the agency’s growth.
