Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Webflow Developer to join our growing marketing team. This role will be instrumental in creating and maintaining visually appealing and user-friendly websites that enhance our online presence and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites using the Webflow platform.

Translate design concepts and wireframes into functional and interactive web experiences.

Implement responsive designs to ensure optimal viewing experiences across all devices (desktops, tablets, and mobile).

Integrate third-party services and APIs (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems) into Webflow websites.

Optimize websites for search engines (SEO) and improve website performance.

Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring they are current and aligned with brand guidelines.

Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project success.

Stay updated on the latest Webflow features, best practices, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

2+ years of professional experience as a Webflow Developer.

Strong proficiency in using Webflow for web design and development.

Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

Knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance optimization.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual design.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

US Citizenship or Green Card Holder required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CMS integrations (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot) within Webflow.

Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

Experience with UX/UI design principles.

Portfolio of successful Webflow projects.
