Principal purpose(s) of the position

  • Primarily responsible for preparation of accounting schedules
  • Handle, review and prepares financial reports of local affiliated companies.

Job Description:

  • Prepares assigned balance sheet schedules for monthly financial reporting.
  • Prepares necessary journal vouchers to record adjustments for the assigned accounts.
  • Prepares Financial Report Package of affiliated companies
  • Conducts analysis on operating expenses variances of affiliated companies.
  • Assists on the preparation of budget package of affiliated companies.
  • Assists on the inventory count.
  • Creates item code in Oracle system for expense and capital expenditure items.
  • Prepares billings for external and related parties.
  • Monitors nonbread gatepass.
  • Attends to queries of internal and external stakeholders when the need arises.
  • Prepares and submits documents required by internal and external audit of books and work processes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS in Accountancy
  • At least 1 year of experience in general accounting is required
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willing to work on-site
