Job Title: Vice President of Real Estate Expansion & Development

Salary: $23,000 USD per month + benefits

Job Objective:

As the Vice President of Real Estate Expansion & Development, you will lead the companys growth and diversification strategy in the real estate and construction sectors across Latin America and World, with a strong focus on the Dominican Republic. You will be responsible for identifying and managing new investment opportunities, acquiring strategic land assets, overseeing real estate developments, and establishing key partnerships to drive the companys market consolidation and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement real estate expansion strategies, identifying key growth opportunities in target markets.
  • Lead the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of strategic land assets, ensuring their feasibility and profitability.
  • Manage relationships with government entities and regulatory bodies to secure permits and ensure full compliance.
  • Oversee the development and execution of real estate projects, coordinating with architecture, engineering, and construction teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, banks, and strategic partners to secure financing and project success.
  • Financial and profitability analysis: Assess project costs, return on investment (ROI), and overall profitability.
  • Develop and lead a high-performance team, driving organizational growth in the real estate sector.
  • Supervise project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
  • Monitor real estate and construction market trends, anticipating opportunities and risks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of executive leadership experience in real estate, construction, or corporate expansion.
  • Deep knowledge of the Latin American real estate market, with a strong emphasis on the Dominican Republic.
  • Proven experience in negotiation and acquisition of strategic land assets.
  • Advanced skills in project management, financial planning, and business development.
  • Experience in liaising with government entities and understanding urban development regulations.
  • Proficiency in market analysis tools and real estate management software.
  • Willingness to travel regionally.
