Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding support to early childcare programs by offering detailed product and service information, troubleshooting challenges, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Facilitate training sessions on our product offerings for childcare program directors and staff through both webinars and in-person engagements.
- Aid in the creation and upkeep of training materials relevant to both online and physical sessions.
- Support the onboarding process for clients, focusing on retention efforts and the implementation of new services.
- Maintain precise records within reporting databases and generate comprehensive product and service reports.
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients and stakeholders, offering consistent feedback and support.
- Adhere to project objectives, policies, and performance standards to ensure success.
- Follow up with clients, team members, and leadership to guarantee seamless operations and address any concerns.
- Assist in technology updates, product enhancements, and quality assurance testing.
- Collaborate with internal teams on diverse initiatives.
- Provide translation support as needed.
- Utilize CRM tools to document client interactions and effectively track support efforts.
