Your Role

As a BCBA, you’ll develop tailored treatment programs and mentor staff to ensure positive behavioral progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct FBAs and create effective BIPs.
  • Analyze and adjust data-driven programs.
  • Mentor and support behavior technicians.
  • Collaborate with families to design actionable goals.
  • Document all client interactions and progress.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification.
  • Advanced degree in ABA or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
