The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst (Level 3) to join our committed team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality analysis to support our operations. Working within a supportive and collaborative environment, you’ll have the opportunity to develop advanced analytical skills while contributing to our mission of excellence.

The position involves understanding and meeting customer requirements, troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues (including preventive maintenance), investigating and reporting non-conformance incidents on the QMS, training colleagues to required standards, performing safe manual handling of chemicals and equipment, and adhering to Health and Safety policies, including COSHH Risk Assessments and PPE requirements.

About The Position

Shift: Monday to Friday

Salary: £23945

Location: Hawarden

Contract: Full Time and Permanent

The day to day

  • Complete sample analysis to required timescales and quality standards.
  • Ensure samples meet compliance with our quality management system.
  • Handle more complex analytical techniques with confidence.
  • Interpret and report analytical data effectively.
  • Maintain daily service delivery in line with company KPIs.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient sample workflows.

The Essentials

  • Degree or equivalent in a scientific subject.
  • Ideally, some laboratory experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to deliver instructional training and work effectively in a team.
  • Good communication and excellent IT skills.
