We are seeking a Business Analyst to join Centrical’s Customer Success team. This role requires a blend of analytical, storytelling skills with a proven ability to translate numbers into compelling insights and recommendations for senior-level audiences. You’ll work across a wide variety of industries (e.g., Financial Services, Travel & Hospitality, BPOs, etc.) and become deeply familiar with how these organizations measure success. You’ll conduct deep analysis to support our Customer Success Managers in creating elegant presentations that translate customer data into quantifiable business impact. You’ll liaise with the Product and Business Intelligence teams for reporting requests, modifications, and enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Lead content preparation for Quarterly Business Reviews and partner with Customer Success Managers and Technical Account Managers to gather requirements and create client-ready presentations
  • Provide data-driven insights, benchmarks, and recommendations to prove business impact and support strategic initiatives
  • Translate data into actionable insights that show improvements in KPIs, engagement, retention, and employee satisfaction
  • Build elegant, well-structured PowerPoint slides with a consulting mindset
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, BI, Data Science and other departments to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs
  • Design and develop custom reports to serve internal and external stakeholders with monitoring of key metrics

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or other quantitative roles; prior experience with SaaS an advantage
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Experience with business intelligence / data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau, etc.)
  • Experience with other product monitoring tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel – a must
  • Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to discover, learn, and leverage new AI tools and technologies to enhance efficiency, speed, and overall job performance.
  • Deep analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Able to excel in a rapidly changing, hyper-growth, start-up environment, as an entrepreneurial, self-starter and highly collaborative team member
  • Experience within a globally dispersed
  • Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to distill complex analytical solutions into actionable insights and communicate business impact to non-technical audiences
  • BA or BS required
  • Experience with Qlik Sense, including set analysis and set expression is a significant advantage
