About The Role
- To liaise with local authorities and third party organisations to understand individual student requirements.
- Coordinate and oversee the running of the daily operation in the Keysoe Therapy and Well-Being Centre.
- Liaise with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure a continuous and engaging experience for students.
- Monitor and report on student progress, liaising with education professionals to adjust plans accordingly.
- To manage CPD / Training for the Keysoe Therapy and Well-Being Centre team.
- Able to take responsibility for admin projects within the role.
- To support marketing activity and social media content creation.
- Able to assist in the creation and help maintain Health and Safety documents and processes for the Centre.
- To provide business administration to include registration of new users, invoicing, managing suppliers, creating data reports and coordinating timetables.
- Support with open days and offsite visits to raise the profile of Keysoe Therapy and Well-Being Centre and create new business opportunities.
- To keep accurate records of student information and administrative tasks associated
- Able to prioritise own and others diaries.
- A key position to support management in a variety of tasks that affect the Keysoe Therapy and Well-Being Centre.
About You
- Proven practical experience with Microsoft office and other Central Management Systems.
- Demonstrable experience within education administration sector.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills in a busy setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals in a fast paced and demanding environment.
- Commitment to creating an inclusive and welcoming provision for students and their support teams.

This role will require an enhanced DBS check on a frequent basis. Therefore, the holder of the role must satisfy the evolving requirements of DBS certification.
