Responsibilities
Lead and manage all safety site operations in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies – Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe work environment – Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and address potential hazards – Oversee the investigation of workplace accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a safety-first culture and provide safety training programs – Monitor and analyze safety performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives – Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure compliance – Act as the primary point of contact for all safety-related matters and liaise with regulatory authorities
Qualifications
Qualifications- Graduation/Post Graduation in Safety/ADIS/PGDIS
Experience- 12-20 years of experience in the Metal, Power, and Manufacturing industry.
