Job Purpose

Oversee and ensure the administrative aspects of ongoing projects are run smoothly by organizing and managing tasks, schedules, and resources from inception to completion.

Collaborate with other Project Managers, Squad leads, and other internal stakeholders and obtain commitments for issue free delivery of medium size to large projects.

Develop and upgrade project management processes, standards, and practices to deliver expected business results, ensure that defined processes, standards, and practices are applied.

Your role will ensure that the PMO functions of the projects run smoothly, enabling the project manager and team to have the support they need to attain project success.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that end-to-end delivery of key projects right from requirement consolidation, conceptualization, planning, execution, and delivery is done as per defined processes, standards, and practices.
  • Effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders for aligning project management practices with higher management expectations.
  • Monitor and control that end-to-end vendor management is going effectively.
  • Ensure project implementation within stipulated timelines and budget.
  • Ensure completion of all project management documentation in line with Project Management Process.
  • Manage and sustain issue free delivery of all assigned projects and initiatives in order to achieve required results and ensure good customer experience.
  • Ensure optimum timelines for obtaining cost approvals through effective collaborations with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage ongoing communication with all stakeholders with escalations wherever appropriate.
  • Provide professional project management support to internal areas for internal projects/initiatives
  • Ensuring that managing the end-to-end delivery of projects and creating good customer experiences through fulfillment of client expectations well within timelines and budget.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive data and client information
  • Ensure adherence to NI project management processes and ensure due diligence during all stages of projects/initiatives for quality solution deployment to NI Clients.
  • Enabling the project manager and team to have the support they need to attain project success.
  • Spearhead the generation of monthly reports including timesheets and weekly presentations for team meetings.
  • Contribute to the seamless onboarding of new team members into the NI system ensuring a streamlined integration process.

Qualifications

  • 6 Years of Experience in professional management of projects in payments domain.
  • Experience in projects in payments business domain (issuing, acquiring, digital wallets, e-commerce, schemes certifications)
  • Well versed in project management techniques, tools and processes and detailed understanding of Project Management Methodology.
  • Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Good mentoring, team building, motivating & negotiating skills.
