nA Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to meet the organization’s needs. This role involves strategic planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, with a focus on building a strong employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience
.Role Responsibilitie
- sWrite and publish compelling technical job descriptions
- .Source potential candidates from specialized platforms such as Stack Overflow and GitHub
- .Evaluate resumes to parse technical skills and qualifications
- .Conduct pre-screening calls to assess candidates’ capabilities
- .Conduct interviews using diverse methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, behavioural questions)
- .Collaborate with Operations to forecast departmental goals and hiring requirements
- .Create and distribute personalized recruitment emails showcasing current job opportunities to passive candidates
- .Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
- .Enhance the company’s reputation as an attractive employer
- .Stay updated with emerging technological trends and products
.Requirement
sRole requirement
- sProven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
- .Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, Zoom, structured interviews)
- .Technical proficiency to comprehend and articulate job requirements
- .Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
- .Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques such as social media recruiting and Boolean search
- .Excellent verbal and written communication skills
