Assistant General Manager, Corporate Branding & Marketing

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Strategize and Lead Marketing Campaigns

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance HKIA’s brand visibility and affinity
  • Oversee management of social media accounts to engage diverse audiences locally and internationally
  • Cultivate strong communication with internal departments and manage relationships with external agency partners to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns

2. Brand Custodian and Event Management

  • Serve as the primary custodian of the HKIA brand, ensuring consistency across all communications and marketing materials
  • Plan and manage a series of corporate and consumer events to strengthen the HKIA brand presence
  • Lead the event team to organize and deliver major corporate events

3. HKIA Clubhouse Management

  • Oversee operations of the HKIA Clubhouse to foster the community among airport staff and stakeholders
  • Develop engaging programmes and activities to promote the use of the HKIA Clubhouse within the airport community

4. Team Development

  • Mentor and support the professional growth of team members
  • Provide guidance and training to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment
